Here is what my fistula looks like toward the end of the week of my 4th Kshar Sutra threading. During my 4th thread change, Dr. Bapat said the infection is 80% cleared up and the track is 60% cut through. The area no longer hurts and I'm not on any pain killers at all. BMs are comfortable and I've not experienced any incontinence to stool throughout this process (wind comes out of the fistula still, of course).
