Here is my 5th and last Kshar Sutra threading photo. As you can see, it's almost all of the way through my tract. I feel sharp pinches from time to time as the thread works its way through. The pinching sensation is more toward my bum hole which gives me more confirmation that the thread is working through the tract. I haven't experience any incontinence to stool (wind does go through the wound) throughout my treatment
